Throughout his career, Thomas has gained experience on both sides of procurement, enabling him to understand well what companies and their suppliers need and expect from each other.

In addition, Thomas is familiar with an entrepreneurial mindset: he is the co-founder of a Belgian company specializing in the import and export of FMCG snacks and beverages, where he was responsible for daily operations (partner management, logistics, ERP management, control, etc.) and the coaching of the three employees.

Thomas has a clear vision for procurement and partner management and strongly believes in breaking down the silos between sales and marketing, which allows for a smoother and more efficient trade marketing partnership.

In his personal life, Thomas is a car enthusiast and a passionate fan of strategic board games. But above all, he is a devoted family man.
