Sylvie, one of the driving forces behind Matchin’. With a clear vision and a heart for the consultants, she helped shape Matchin’. Sylvie earned her master's degree in business psychology at the University of Ghent. With her commercial drive and focus on human well-being, the world of consultancy seemed like the perfect dream scenario for her.

Much more than a traditional agency, Sylvie dreams of providing a "home" for the marketers of tomorrow. Here, each marketer not only has an inspiring home platform but also a stage to shine with their own expertise.

In her free time, you can usually find Sylvie engaged in a vigorous workout, a long run, or surrounded by her friends and family.
