Lydia, the dynamic driving force behind HR, Legal and Operations at Matchin’, has made her mark since graduating from the University of Antwerp in 2019, where she earned her master's degree in law. Her calling for Human Resources became evident early in her studies and has only grown since. Her ability to work with people, care for them, and connect with them is what inspires Lydia day in and day out.

For Lydia, the consultants at Matchin' are more than just colleagues; they are her source of motivation and inspiration. She tirelessly dedicates herself to supporting their well-being and professional development. Her infectious enthusiasm, social character, and ever-present smile make her beloved by the entire team.

When Lydia is not at her desk, you can find her in her running shoes, enjoying the beautiful outdoors during long jogging sessions. She enthusiastically encourages her team to participate in local running events, such as the Ten Miles, where she promotes team spirit and well-being.
